漠海，藉由台灣海上守護神媽祖巡視海洋的視角，
喚起民眾對海洋保育的重視。
透過融入環保元素的織繡設計讓眾人聚焦海洋污染現況，減少海洋廢棄物負擔，並循環再利用，讓海廢不再只是垃圾停留在海中，提高海洋廢棄物的附加價值，並更加了解回收海洋廢棄物轉成織線的過程。
MazuxOcean,Through Taiwan's sea guardian goddess Mazu, the embroidery design that combines environmental protection elements allows the public to focus on the current situation of marine pollution, reduce the burden of marine waste and recycling, so that marine waste is no longer just rubbish that stays in the sea, and to increase the added value of marine waste.

而俗稱媽祖魚的白海豚，生存環境正遭到海廢的破壞，
等等的諸多原因造成海廢與媽祖之間的連結，因此我們將兩者結合作為專題的主軸。
